Management of the GDPR
The GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation – is the new European reference text for the protection of personal data. The GDPR is applicable and obligatory in all European Union Member States from 25 May 2018.
The person who uses the personal data is called the controller. The controller must be able to demonstrate that the processing operations he carries out or has carried out are carried out in compliance with the Regulation. In most cases, the keeping of a data processing record is compulsory.
GDPR4You has put online a set of tools allowing the management of the personal data processing register. It is also possible to analyse and document the risks associated with data processing via a DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment).
Presentation of our offer
The web applications of GDPR4You support GDPR compliance management in French, Dutch and English.
These multi-user tools make it possible to carry out DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessment) and keep the register of personal data processing up to date.
